MakeFilm.ai provides AI-based video, audio, and image generation services. Due to the digital nature of our services, all sales are generally considered final once content is generated or credits are used.

2. Refundable Situations

We may provide refunds or credit compensation in the following situations:

• Technical Failure: System unable to generate content due to technical issues on our end
• Duplicate Charges: The same transaction was charged multiple times
• Service Not Delivered: Credits were deducted but no content was generated
• Subscription Cancellation: Cancelled within 24 hours of purchase and no credits were used

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not provided in the following situations:

• Successfully generated content does not meet personal expectations
• Credits already used or generation quota already consumed
• Change of mind after purchase
• Credits not used before expiration
• Account banned due to violation of terms of service

4. Subscription Plans

• You can cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle
• No partial refunds for unused days within a billing cycle
• Unused credits may expire according to plan terms

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

• Include your account email, transaction ID, and reason for the request
• Submit within 7 days of the original purchase

We will review and respond within 5-7 business days.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 10-14 business days, depending on your financial institution.
